Stelios Koudounaris s/s 11 look book is just in. I'd love to post all 31 pages but I'll have to filter it down to my six favourite. Reminding you the collection is themed 'Le Prostitute Medivali'. You'll find no cliché prostitute connotations in it though.

"The point is not to be provocative", says the release. "Be pure, be authentic and push things to the limit if your self and your aesthetics oblige you to. The way a Prostitute Medievali would be". You can watch this collection's fashion film, here.

For the past few winters I keep promising myself I'll ditch the greyscale wardrobe. Receiving these images from Custo Barcelona's a/w 11 show in New York was a colourful slap: next winter will be a bright one.

Nike FREE s/s 11 - video+news

Good news if you are a runner - in any way. Nike presents three technologically advanced models, Nike Free TR Fit, Nike Free XT Quick Fit+ and Nike Free Everyday Fit+, designed to improve your performance. Apparently you can choose among three levels of elasticity Nike Free 3.0, Nike Free 5.0, and Nike Free Run+ which is pretty close to custom-made for your kind of running activity.

The video is brief but gets the message across: in Nike Free you could be flying. Haven't tried them on yet, but I will. It's Spring, I fancy flying.

Missoni s/s 11 - video

Looks a bit like united colours of... Missoni, but actually this is a very interesting video. It features 11 members of the Missoni family as well as friends of the house, including: Sir Peter Blake, Camilla Al Fayed, Jasmine Guinness, Leighton Meester, Jaquetta Wheeler, Jade Parfitt and Eugene Niarchos.

Eastpak Artist Studio - launch party

This year's Eastpak's Artist Studio (ten customised padded pak'rs), will be exhibited between the 16th and 28th of February. It kicks off with a launch party at Balux Cafe - Glyfada, on the 16th, and you are all welcome to attend.

Participating artists: Andrianos Angelopoulos, Apollonas Papatheocharis, Dimitris Liossis, Dimitris Tsiggos, Ioanna Gouzeli, Evi Siouti, Spike 69, Super Katerina, Tassos Sofroniou aaaand myself.

All bags will be auctioned on ebay and funds raised will go towards the Greek Caravan for Solidarity.

Wednesday the 16th, around 19:00, it's a date.

Used to belong to famous people

But could soon be yours. Sakis Rouvas, Elena Paparizou, Anna Vissi, Antonis Remos and Giorgos Mazonakis are all donating personal items to be auctioned for raising funds for 'The Smile of The Child' children's charity.

A very tempting release mentions brands like Miss Sixty, Diesel, Energie, Seven7, and more from 5 to 30 euros, as well as Converse, Replay, FollieFollie all the way to DKNY, Missoni and Dsquared that used to belong to famous people. Well-known athlethes have signed all kinds of merchandise for the occasion too.

To top it all up, two items from Beyonce's own brand 'House of Dereon', featured in her latest tour, will also be part of the auction.

Coffee and shopping by the sea is guilt-free this weekend (12&13/02), at Balux Cafe House Project in Glyfada.

Amy Winehouse at EJEKT 2011

It was announced by organiser Detox yesterday, confirmed on her official page and must have reached you by now: Amy Winehouse will be the headliner at this years EJEKT festival in Athens.

Teaser poster features an extra stylish her, dressed in clothes she recently designed for the iconic casual fashion brand Fred Perry. With EJEKT taking place on June 22nd, I wonder what she's going to look like on stage. Own designs or not, looking forward to listening to this voice live.

Know-How has a new website

Know-How has a new website and a sales clip. To celebrate its new home online, it's come up with a special collaboration with eshop buldoza.gr which gets to sell the clip's outfits exclusively for the web.

The brand has been around since 1994 and it is one of the very few that still manage to produce locally. Its own eshop will be ready sometime in Spring. If you'd like to be among the first to be notified of its arrival, you'll find a special box on the website to leave your email for a timely alert.

Toi&moi for Spring

With the fantastic Spring weather we've had during the weekend, it feels quite appropriate to post more s/s 11 news. Greek brand Toi&moi is introducing part of its Sping collection in the 'Just IN' section of its e-fashion store and it looks like this:
Featured items' prices range between 55 and 65 euros and are all brand new. Half-price winter sales are still on too.

Toi&moi eshop is online since last season and could well be a case study as it openly based its launch publicity on fashion blogs, introducing the section 'For Fashionistas'. Numerous Greek fashion bloggers posed their own way featuring part of the brand's collection. The aftermath was great news and Toi&moi travelled through its eshop to many Greek islands -among other locations- such as Ikaria, Corfu, Rhodes and Chios.

MadWalk - photos & tv dates

MadWalk took place last Wednesday and was crowned a success. Music, fashion, spectacle, enthusiastic crowd and a good cause to top up with, it was all there. Happy each time an initiative supporting Greek fashion goes well. Glimpse of what went on:
