Proud

Speaking of young people in the fashion industry in the latest posts, let me say how PROUD i am of my little sis. She's studying Textiles at the only public institution that offers this course and had I known what they teach, I'd have fought hard for a place there back in the days...

(If anyone in here is taking the general exams and likes Fashion Textiles, make this degree your number one.)

These penguins are the result of her lab classes where they were taught how to print on various fabrics. It involved frames, chemicals (?), washing and lots of mess (had to wear special uniforms). But she did so well.

Come to think about it, these penguins are kinda like me and her, same but... in different colour (she's dark, I'm fair. Pic doesn't help much, does it.)

Useless chat:
-Why are they half for God's sake?
-Lab partner keeps the other half.
-Oh, I see... (i don't.)

I love weird short conversations with my sister. Always so surreal!
The penguin looks insanely cute, even cut in half.
