I've got a new word for you: The Recession Shopper.
Fresh UK research by LinkShare and associates discovered there's a new consumer profile, the "recession shopper". Apparently, due to the whole recession scare, shoppers now do extensive research before they splash the cash.
92% of the partcipants said they do not trust info coming from sales advisors and a whopping 81% goes online for consumer reviews and price comparisons.
Hm...this should be called the "clever shopper" if you ask me.
Anyways, my regards to the impulse shopper under extinction.

I think this actually means that consumers making research, trust us bloggers more than traditional media like fashion magazines and TV, as we mostly are independent and speak our own mind. I now I do!
